Sephora Bright Future Color Corrector - MelonFriday, July 15, 2016
I have been holding on to this color corrector for quite some time. It kind of took the back-burner to the YSL Touch Elcat Neutralizer but I still use it from time to time. The Sephora Bright Future Color Corrector ($14.00) is a great alternative to the YSL corrector, if you're on a budget.
The corrector is on the thick side, covers well, and dries down without shine. I purchased this for my eye bags but I feel it works better in that area as a brightening concealer. I don't have dark circles, but if I did, this color corrector would likely banish them to hell.
The product comes in a tube with a doe foot applicator, just like it's cousin, the Sephora Bright Future Gel Serum Concealer. I thought this color corrector was meant to be used in concert with the Gel Serum Concealer, but the color corrector is thicker than the concealer and of a different consistency. I like to use it with the Becca Ultimate Coverage Concealer instead. It's easily blendable and best used with foundation. I'm dark skinned, so there's no way I can use this on it's own.
Stay tuned for an upcoming post on a quick and easy foundation routine using this color corrector as a brightening concealer.
