Hask Greek Yogurt Hydrating Collection

Innovation.

That word comes to mind when I think of the Hask Greek Yogurt Hydrating Collection. When I squeezed the product out of the tube, I was really surprised to see - literally - the dual product come out of the tube. I've never seen anything like it, and I have gone through a lot of hair products. Check out http://haskgreekyogurt.com/ for more information on this patented technology!

Within the collection, there's the Fig & Honey Hydrating Collection for dry, brittle hair; there's the Repairing Blueberry Acai Collection for damaged hair; and the Color Protection Pomegranate & Cranberry Collection for color retention. I chose the Fig & Honey Hydrating Collection!

My hair type

Coarse, very dry, very curly, natural (as in not chemically processed; I big chopped a couple months ago!)

What it's supposed to do

The collection is meant to hydrate dehydrated hair, and most importantly clean it.

How I use it

The shampoo and conditioner are givens; I washed once with the shampoo, conditioned but only left it in for five minutes before washing it out. For the deep conditioner, I left it in for an hour with my trapper hat to generate heat and washed it out.

Performance

I really like the idea of this yogurt collection. I have never seen anything like this in hair products. The shampoo cleansed adequately. It's hard to tell in the photo, but it also has a dual chamber that squeezes out the ingredients. I was intrigued as I watched it happen with the conditioner, which is more visible in the photo. While I do wish it were more moisturizing to my 100% natural, dry, coarse hair, I love the smell of it and enjoy using it. I don't find it to be any different than any of the other Hask products I have tried, though.

Joy Factor

On a scale of 1-10, this collection was a 7!
