The Fiona Stiles Artist Eyeshadow Quad in Oceanus is the prettiest of the three Fiona Stiles Quads I picked up from Ulta. It’s the most beautiful blue-green palette I have ever seen!!
My skin type
My lids are very oily. I tested this palette with and without a primer.
How I use it
Every shade, except the lightest blue (in my opinion) can be worn as an all-over eyelid shade on my warm, dark skin. My favorites are the two darkest greens, worn in the photos above. Every shade in this palette can be used together. I use either a fluffy crease brush to apply or a proper eyeshadow brush. I find the eyeshadow brush able to layer the product better than the crease brush though.
What I like about it
I love, love, love the colors in this palette! The greens are beautiful and almost have a monochromatic look to them. With primer, I experience minimal creasing by end of day. I also like the price… a lot. The palettes were only $7 each. I’m not sure how long they are going to be available, so snag one while you still can! Lastly, I like that these powders can be sheer or full coverage. I haven’t tried applying these with a wet brush, but something is telling me they would be even more beautiful.
What could be better
Are you kidding me? I don’t have any complaints at all. If I had to really search my soul, I’d say I wish the packaging itself were bigger. It comes with a mirror but I almost never use it since it’s so small.
Joy Factor
On a scale of 1-10, this quad is a 10! I thought I lost this palette for a few days and got extremely aggravated that I couldn’t find it. Lo and behold, I left it at work!
