Sheet Mask in the Shower for Softer, More Radiant Skin

I know I look like Hannibal Lecter but hear me out! If you’re a person that loves sheet masking you’re gonna wanna try this. And if you’re already doing this, more power to you! I am often limited with the time I have to get ready in the morning and almost never have time to sheet mask. I usually reserve this for night time and weekends. When I’m really in the mood in the morning, or if I sleep in my makeup (this is pretty rare), I sheet mask in the shower.

Why is this great? Well, the steam opens up your pores and allows all the sheet mask goodness in; you get to do something you don’t ever have the time to do, so there’s a sense of satisfaction; you get all the benefits of sheet masking while doing something you do every morning anyway! Now, I don’t end up spending less time in the morning because I end up spending more time separately cleansing at the sink than I would in the shower, but it’s totally worth it. I’m a 10 minute shower person: wash off twice and dip! The Daiso Silicon mask cover is the kicker here. It allows you to move around to bend and stoop without the mask falling off. After I’m done, I’ll leave everything in place until I am done lotioning my entire body; I also take this time to figure out what the heck I’m gonna wear and make a pot of coffee to bring that 10 minutes up to 20 minutes. After that, it’s time for the rest of my routine.

Have you tried this technique? I don’t get to do it often but when I do, I feel much more confident in my skin.
