Farmacy Very Cherry Clean Cleansing Balm: Still Good, Still My Favorite

Farmacy Very Cherry Clean Cleansing Balm

Do you like the smell of cherries? How about in your skincare? Well, my favorite cleansing balm now comes in cherry and it’s just as good as the lime! The Farmacy Very Cherry Clean cleansing balm performs the exact same as the Green Clean, so I’ll just link to that review rather than  go through the motions with this one.

It is worth describing the scent though, as I felt it not only smelled like cherries, but cherry coke. Maraschino cherries? It smells really good, if you’re someone that doesn’t mind scents in your skincare. The tub is a bit bigger than the green clean so that’s also a plus (3.2 vs 3.4 oz)! And it comes with the top and spatula, just like Green Clean. I didn’t smell much of anything when I took a whiff of the cleansing balm in the tub, but once it was on my face, my senses were entertained with the scent of Dr. Pepper 😊

Here are the ingredients:

Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Peg-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate, Polyethylene, Peg-10 Isostearate, Malpighia Emarginata (Acerola) Fruit Extract, Carica Papaya (Papaya) Fruit Extract, Moringa Oleifera Seed Extract, Moringa Oleifera Seed Oil, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Fruit Extract, Vanilla Planifolia Fruit Extract, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Glycerin, Melia Azadirachta Leaf Extract, Melia Azadirachta Flower Extract, Melia Azadirachta Bark Extract, Corallina Officinalis Extract, Eclipta Prostrata Extract, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, Bixa Orellana Seed Oil, Tocopherol, Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Root Extract, Ocimum Sanctum Leaf Extract, Water/Aqua/Eau, Butylene Glycol, Disodium Phosphate, Phenoxyethanol, Citric Acid.

Since I purchased the cleansing balm from Farmacy’s website, included was a free deluxe sample of the Very Cherry Vitamin C serum, which I quickly gave away. I just have way too many vitamin c skincare products to get through, and that one would have remained neglected.

Anyhoo, the cherry cleansing balm came on time for me because I had just run out of Green Clean. The Very Cherry is worth checking out if you’re in the market for a first cleanser.
