Tighter Abs in a Month?!- (I am going to try this!)

Hey guys! YES, it has been a while! Today I came across this article about fitness. Apparently, when you drive everywhere and eat whatever you want, it starts to catch up with you. I used to dance in high school and I KNOW it keeps you in shape.

I am also thinking of utilizing the stairs in my apartment building for cardio.

One thing this article mentions is a heaalthy diet. You can not just continue eating whatever you want!
