Makeup Revolution Baked Blusher – All I Think About Is You

I have had the Makeup Revolution Baked Blusher in All I Think About Is You ($5.00) in my stash for some time. I’m not the biggest blush fan because, well, with my skin tone, most of the colors look the same on me. For this reason, if I buy blush, it needs to be seriously pigmented like the Nars blushes or like the more recently released Bardot from ColourPop. I was introduced to the brand last year when I went to England and picked this up from Ulta ($5. and haven’t been using it that much. Why, you ask?

So the swatches are pretty but the blush has a tendency to emphasize my already large pores, especially if I am using a lighter foundation. While it’s pigmented, it’s also pretty powdery to me, almost like it’s too ashy. On the other hand, as a drugstore blush, it is probably one of the better ones out there.

The blush lasts on me around 5 hours before it has noticeably faded. For me, that’s barely halfway into my work day. The transition is even quicker if I happen to be particularly oily.
