Right off the bat, before I even get into the ingredients, I can tell you that when I use this eye gel, the area underneath my eyes seriously tightens up; it can definitely be felt! However, there is no apparent reduction to my eye bags that can be seen with the naked eye. Nevertheless, something is happening after I apply the gel, and I like it! The only thing is, this gel produces a residue that I cannot apply makeup over. Therefore, I can only use this at night before bedtime.

On to the main ingredients, taken directly from the Oz Naturals website:
Matrixyl Synthe’6: known for its wrinkle lifting effects which help to reduce the appearance of crow’s feet + forehead lines.
A word about Matrixyl Synthe’6: I couldn’t find anything on Matrixyl Synthe’6 from any source that wasn’t trying to sell me something. Apparently, Matrixyl Synthe’6 is a chemical created by a company called Sederma that’s supposed to be a wrinkle filler for forehead lines and crows feet. Now I do have some baby crows feet but not as intense as these, obviously, where it would be fairly easy to track improvements. However, I will continue using this at night in hopes that it does reduce those talons when I smile π More on Matrixyl Synthe’6 from truthinaging.
Haloxyl: an anti-inflammatory that helps diminish and fade the appearance of dark circles with repeated use.
A word abut Haloxyl: I had the same experience as I did with Matrixyl Synthe’6 when researching Haloxyl. A quick google search will reveal that it is also a chemical belonging to the company Sederma. Although I could only find one paper on Haloxyl written about Neova Eye Therapy, there is a short passage included about Haloxyl.
Biogenic Caffeine: reduces puffiness
Hyaluronic Acid: attracts moisture
Apple Stem Cells: protect skin and help preserve a more youthful look (This is the only paper I could find on apple stem cells in skin care).

Overall, I like the product. I’ve been using it for a month. It’s not something that will give instant results — if you clicked on the pdf, you’ll see after two months, that woman’s wrinkles appeared to have gotten better — but I’m still hoping one day, there will be a topical solution for that! I will continue to use this at night and keep an eye on my crow’s feet and eye bags to see if they improve.
