I never thought that I could wear a brow gel! A couple months back, Milk Makeup released more Kush in our faces with their Kush Fiber Brow Gel. As a fan of the Kush Mascara, I was keen on trying the brow gel, mainly because I was curious about the fibers and how that would work on sparse brows. Well, I am here to say hooray! I am a fan of this brow gel!

My brow type

Sparse. Years ago, I got brow tattoos and never redid them so they’ve basically faded now. I fill in my brows practically every day. Naturally, I chose the shade Grind, for dark brown hair colors.

What it’s supposed to do

From the brand: Tinted heart-shaped fibers thicken brows by adhering to skin and hair for long-lasting fullness, shape, and definition. Hollow fibers are packed with formula for another hit of high volume. Transfer-proof formula comes in three neutral shades to work across all hair colors.

Ingredients

Water/aqua/eau, glyceryl stearate, PEG-100 stearate, PVP, Cannabis sativa seed oil, Nylon-6, silica, magnesium aluminium silicate, glycerin, panthenol, phenoxyethanol, galactoarabinan, glyceryl caprylate, polyacrylamide, C13-14 isoparaffin, laureth-7, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate May contain/peut contenir: titanium dioxide/CI 77891, iron oxides/CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499, mica/CI 77019

How I use it

I used this for full, “bushy” brows and also more tailored, neat brows. The brush is actually quite stiff, which I thought would bother me but I find that it makes carving out my shape easier. This brow gel is great for travel, overnight stays, or instances where you just don’t have a lot of time to do your makeup.

What I like about it

I love that I can use it with my sparse brows! It definitely goes on pretty light but you can layer this product to make it as dark as you need it to be. I was trying to avoid that “my brows look painted on” look and this brow gel hit it out of the park.

What could be better

I wish this was waterproof. And I only wish that because I got drenched in a rainstorm and the only thing that stayed on my face was my foundation (which I can’t wait to tell you all about; it was Becca’s Skin Love Foundation). I didn’t notice any heart shaped anything and I think the brand could have done without all that.
