The Clarins Extra Firming Mask exceeded my expectations and today I want to talk about why I love it so much, and why you should put this luxurious, moisturizing goddess on your radar.
My skin type
Normal, these days. Oily skin seems to be a problem of the past, even in the summer. Also a reminder that I am aging! This cream would be great for all skin types.
What it’s supposed to do
From the brand: Clarins’ first relaxing anti-aging mask contains a blend of Organic Green Banana and Lemon Thyme extracts to help promote the appearance of elasticity and firmness and revive radiance. Palmitoyl glycine visibly minimizes stress lines and wrinkles—for younger-looking skin in just 10 minutes! Soothing cream-gel texture, delightful mauve color and relaxing aromatic plant extracts soothe the senses for a wonderful feeling of wellbeing.

How I use it
I do not wipe or rinse this off and I use it twice a day. I repeat, I do not take this gloriousness off my face! Clarins instructs to use apply for 15 minutes and wipe off, but what a waste! I apply this in the morning and at night before bed. It comes with a spatula to decrease contamination (and scrape the sides) and you get 2.5 ml of product.
How long I used it
Two months now. I have thought about curbing my use of this cream due to the price, but I really, really love it. Using it twice a day, nearly everyday, it looks like I will get another month or so out of the cream.

What could be better
I mean, it’s Clarins, so it’s going to come out at a higher price point so I think the price is fair. I don’t have any complaints.
