It’s a little kitty cat eye I made with Make Up For Ever Aqua Paint (L22). I started in the middle of my eye and brought it out just slightly. It’s unassuming, mysterious if detected, and still very professional. Also, I just found out that Princess Diana wore blue eyeliner so… yeah. All the way!
