It’s been quite warm and humid around here, so I was inspired to create a tropical look to match my mood – and desires.
As my base, I used Laura Mercier Flawless Fusion Concealer (review here) to cover up some acne scarring and even out my skin tone. I used Nars Soft Matte Concealer (review here) to highlight my under eye area and filled my brows with Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow. I set everything with Fenty’s Setting Powder and Essence Brighten Up Banana Powder to brighten underneath my eyes (not shown, review here).
For my eyes, I used the gold shade in Armani Beauty’s Festival Eyeshadow Quad. I even used the brown shade to lightly contour my jawline. I tight-lined my upper lash line with Urban Decay’s Perversion Eyeliner and covered my lashes with Benefit’s They’re Real Mascara (not shown).
The rest of my look included Nars The Multiple Stick in South Beach on the tops of my cheekbones and down the bridge of my nose to highlight my face and Benefit’s Benetint on my cheeks and several layers on my lips.

While I don’t have any tropical getaways planned at the moment, I don’t mind looking like it!
